Chief Executive Officer

Al King is the Chief Executive Officer at 360 Managed Services. With over 35 years of executive management experience in sales, marketing, and operations, Al founded 360 Managed Services, a managed services business, that represents over 150 combined years of proven experience and results in the areas of customer acquisition, retention, marketing, human resources, IT, call center management, and customer care and support.

His passion for people development and extraordinary ability to transform culture and teams into high performing contributors of sales, profits, and market shares through his consumer-centric methodology is refreshing when across many industries delivering a powerful customer experience is rare. Al has held numerous senior management positions throughout the utility, renewable energy, wireless, and textile industries. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer-Chief Sales Officer for SunShare, a community solar development company. Prior to SunShare, Al was head of residential marketing for the US and Canada as well retail sales for Direct Energy. He also served as Vice President for Cricket Communications; Vice President of Sales, Distribution and Marketing with MetroPCS; and Vice President for Sprint / Nextel Partners.

Al’s prestigious career has been marked by developing and motivating high performing senior management, sales, operations, and marketing teams focused on customer service excellence with the ability to merge strategic vision and initiatives with tactical implementation and accountability to accelerate profitable results.

Al holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operational Management and a Master of Business Administration from American Continental University. Away from work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, archery, and hunting. He is also a highly decorated martial artist with a fifth-degree black belt in Taekwondo.

Chris Phillips

Chris Phillips

EVP and Chief Operations Officer

Chris Phillips is the Chief Operations Officer at 360 Managed Services. With over 25 years of management experience in operations, customer experience, and sales, Chris develops and delivers a best-in-class experience for 360’s clients and their customers.

Chris has held numerous senior management positions throughout the utility industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President for Innowatts, a leading provider of AMI-enabled predictive analytics and AI-based solutions for utilities, energy retailers, and smart energy communities. Prior to Innowatts, Chris was Chief Operating Officer for XOOM Energy and was responsible for the end-to-end customer experience for North America including marketing, sales, billing and customer service. He also served as Vice President of Customer Operations for NRG managing a shared service organization for overall customer operations for more than 2 million residential, small business, commercial, and large industrial customers.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University with honors. He also holds, with honors, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Management in Corporate Finance from the University of Dallas. Away from work, Chris enjoys family time, grilling out, movies, and spending time with friends and family by the pool.

Deena Morgan

Deena Morgan

EVP & Chief Sales Officer

Deena Morgan is the Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at 360 Managed Services. With over 20 years of general and executive management experience in developing and leading high performing sales organizations, As EVP & CSO, Deena has responsibility for providing the strategic direction of the overall sales organization including direct sales, partnerships, affinity and vendor management. 

Prior to her role, Deena Morgan served as Edison Energy’s Senior Vice President of Sales, Account Management and Product Development. In this role, she was responsible for introducing new and existing clients to the substantial value of Edison Energy’s overall managed portfolio solution which included advanced analytics, commodity procurement, renewable projects and energy efficiency services.

 

Deena has served in executive roles as a company officer at NextEra Energy, Engie and NRG Energy, where she has led large teams focused on residential, small and large commercial sales, sales strategy, renewable energy, product structuring, marketing, quantitative analytics, corporate strategy and M&A.

 

She attended Texas A&M where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics degree. 

 

Deena is on the board of the Cy Fair Educational Foundation.  Receiving a scholarship that fully funded her education, she is now an endowment partner herself and is on the scholarship committee helping provide financial assistance and mentorship to CFISD current and former students.

 

As a childhood cancer survivor, Deena is active in the community raising awareness and funds for childhood cancer research mainly through Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program, having run 5 half marathons and being recognized nationally for her fundraising efforts. With two high school boys who play both competitive club and school soccer, in her rare free time, Deena loves to run, CrossFit and get to the golf and gun range when possible.

Rick Baughman

Rick Baughman

EVP of Business Development

Rick Baughman is the Executive Vice President of Business Development of 360 Managed Services. With more than 25 years of senior executive management experience, Rick oversees new client development, client management and targeted vendor sales for 360 Managed Services and its subsidiaries. In this role he develops strategic sales plans that promote customer growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction for 360 Managed Service’s clients.

Prior to joining 360, Rick served as a turnaround agent in the start-up arena for over 22 years and held multiple senior executive roles in the Telecommunications Industry. Most recently Rick served as Senior Vice President of SunShare where he led all sales and commercial customer service and delivered 67% of all community solar sold in the US in 2016. Prior to his role at SunShare, he was the Regional General Manager for Cricket Communications, directing all sales, marketing, and operations in the $260+ million Houston Texas/East Louisiana markets, and leading the company’s efforts to enroll more than 500,000 subscribers.

Rick has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hanover College. Away from work, Rick enjoys spending his time with his fiancée, Colby. They both enjoy golf and love time with family and friends

Anthony King

Anthony King

Chief Security & Technology Officer

Anthony King is the Chief Security & Technology Officer and most recently was the Raytheon Missile Systems’ Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Director of IT Security/Governance, Risk, & Compliance responsible for fostering business relationships and integrating cyber security technologies and best practices to achieve strategic business goals from 2009-2016. Anthony is also the President and founder of Associated Konsultants with over 30 years of technical and business experience in computer and engineering environments, including 20+ years’ experience in management.

Throughout his career, Anthony has held senior positions such as Chief Information Officer, Vice President, Director of Software & Engineering Systems, Engineering Department Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Owner of a personal consulting company. A few accomplishments from these and similar roles include having:

  • Generated $70M for a client through designing and developing a proprietary software program used in over 40 countries, which measures human behavior to make informed personnel decisions (Associated Konsultants, Inc.).
  • Fueled $100M in revenue and propelled staff growth to 300+ employees within 3 years by reengineering the corporate technology infrastructure to meet FDA regulations (Ventana Medical Systems, Inc.).
  • Improved product quality and reduced time-to-market through the implementation of the Product and Cycle Time Excellence (PACE) process and product management methodology.
  • Led the proposal team in the 1st competitive contract win for the $50M Guided Missile Test System project (Hughes Missiles Systems).
  • Earned Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 4 rating in less than 2 years.

Featured in “Computerworld”, “CIO Magazine”, “Inside Tucson Business” and on KGUN 9 News, Anthony is an experienced speaker and trainer. Anthony has also been a keynote speaker at many national industry conferences across North America and has presented multiple seminars during Tucson’s Small Business Week events. He is a member of the Arizona Chapter of InfraGard, ACTRA-Arizona Cyber Threat Response Alliance, Tucson Computer Society, and CITA-Community Information and Telecommunications Alliance.

Anthony received his Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois along with a 4-year Certificate in Electronics and Computer Technology from De Vry Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois.

He also holds GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC); GIAC – Information Security Professional (GISP), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications. Away from work, Anthony enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with his 16 grandchildren, and off-roading.

Stephanie King

Stephanie King

Corporate Culture Officer

Stephanie is the Administrative Assistant and brings over 30 years of customer service and sales experience to Onesta as the Corporate Culture Officer. Her background spans multiple industries and ranges from call center analyst to private business owner.

Stephanie brings her knowledge of business operations and vast customer service experience to the team as she assists with client interactions and smooth internal operations.

She holds an Associate degree in Applied Science from Bauder University. Away from the office she spends her time feeding her internal interior designer by visiting estate sales and antique shops. She also enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hunter.
